Sabrina Moda offers a range of unique and quality items sourced from a variety of small and individual artisans from around the world. In doing so, we support these talented individuals and simultaneously are able to offer  these unique and special items to our customers, providing them with something individual and special.

Sabrina Moda uses Pay Pal. The PayPal site is highly secure. They use industry-leading technology (such as SSL) to keep your information safe.

PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to the PayPal site, their server checks that you're using an approved browser

Once your information reaches the PayPal site, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically.

Sabrina Moda never gets to see any of your bank or credit card details as they are encrypted and we only see your email address, date of sign-up and whether or not you have completed PayPal’s Verification process.

The information we can see will never be shared with any third parties and PayPal is committed to protecting the privacy of their users.

Sabrina Moda Returns Policy

In the event where you need to return an item purchased through our online store we offer the guidelines below to assist you in your return. As always, we will guide you where required and you can contact us at any time on (+613)59756084 or by way of email info@sabrinamoda.com.au to assist.

At Sabrina Moda we are bound the requirements as outlined in the Australian Consumer Law document
"Refund and Returns - Goods". (ACL). Details of this document can be perused at the end of this page.

Return of any items purchased at our online store can be by way of post to our physical store or if more convenient in person within 7 days from the date of delivery. If the item is faulty or is significantly different from the description then postage will incurred by Sabrina Moda, otherwise postage costs will be at your expense.

Of note, if utilising post for a return it is advisable to use trackable postage services because any items returned are the responsibility of the purchaser until they are received by Sabrina Moda.

Either way, we would encourage customers to ring and discuss any returns so that the most appropriate solution can be found. Note also that store purchases cannot be returned or refunded online.

Returned Products;

It is important that if you return a product, the following items must be complied with;

1. The return must be within 7 days of the delivery date
2. Please produce the original Sabrina Moda receipt
3. Items must come with all tags and any labels still attached
4. In an unused and unworn state
5. A completed returns form

In addition, to remain compliant with hygeine standards, earrings and hair accessories cannot be returned, so please choose carefully.

Items on sale will not be refunded or exchanged unless by prior consultation.

Please note, as mentioned prior, we are only too happy to discuss any returns or issues you may have, so don't hesitate to call.

The contents of this document is as follows;

Sabrina Moda is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you have a change in mind.

"Refund and Returns - Goods". (ACL).

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item;

  • Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
  • Is Unsafe
  • Is significantly different from the sample or description.
  • Doesn't do what it said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired within a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

Please keep your proof of purchase, e.g your receipt.
